EVIDENCE & METHOD
MAKE THE ACCOUNT CHECKABLE.
Start with the document or recording. Show the context, the response and the limits of the work completed.
This publication covers selected events. Each entry identifies its sources, the scope of the checks completed and what remains unknown. Our assessments are labeled as editorial judgment. Source links let you inspect the underlying material; they do not mean every linked statement has been independently verified. Court entries describe the records checked on the dates shown; later developments may not be included. Nothing here is offered as legal advice.
- Identify the event. Date, speaker or decision-maker, setting and document.
- Pinpoint the support. A source link and the passage or section used.
- Keep qualifications visible. Responses, corrections, acquittals and contrary evidence belong beside the account.
- Name the check. A transcript comparison is not an audio comparison. A captured PDF is not a complete case file.
- Correct publicly. Preserve the previous account, identify the change and date the correction.
Integrity, truth and completeness
A matching hash shows that retained bytes match an identified copy. It does not establish that the source is truthful, that every relevant document was collected or that our interpretation is sound. A complete packet requires an expected inventory as well as matching files; that inventory can itself omit evidence.
What is available now
Source links and checked-scope notes appear on every entry. A retained government PDF is downloadable from the clemency entry. The source registry lists what was examined. No independently witnessed append-only log or production completeness service is claimed.

The pledge entry displays an editorial illustration supplied for this project. It is not a photograph or documentary evidence, and its upstream provenance has not been independently audited. The video link and optional player point to the clip PBS published; playback and complete-recording comparison remain to be checked.
